Any additional requests not included in the original booking may result in additional charges.

Customers are required to provide accurate information regarding property size, condition, and location
Delays caused by inaccurate information may affect service quality or duration
We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, staff availability, or emergencies.
Prices are based on the selected service and property details
All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise
Payment must be made as agreed before or after service completion
Additional charges may apply if the property condition differs significantly from the information provided during booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
No-shows may be charged the full service fee

Securing valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings
Informing us of any special cleaning instructions or sensitive areas

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours after service completion so we can review and address the issue.
Complaints made after this period may not be eligible for follow-up action.

We are not liable for normal wear and tear
We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty or unstable items
Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
